Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or washed
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Intimate or sanitary goods for hygiene reasons

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@smartnest-co.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, and finally contact your bank. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at lubana10003@gmail.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you — including return shipping.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours and we will send the correct item immediately and arrange free return shipping for the incorrect item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order may already be processed for dispatch and cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may return the item once received.
